The unique Swiss water process uses only water and time to remove 99.9% of the caffeine. This natural process allows to preserve this blend’s full body and low acidity and its remarkable notes of chocolate hazelnut and almonds. The aftertaste is characterised by tinges of malt and toasted cereals.
