Our company takes its name from the the world of music where Lofi refers to an under-produced sound. The details are in the unfiltered sounds that make each track unique. Just like our coffee. Every bean has its own story and that is what we aim to bring alive.
The coffee bean is a seasonal fruit. We take pride in working with our partners to source our beans directly from origin in freshly harvested micro-lots. We roast daily which allows us to make sure that we get the most from each bean and bring you the freshest and most vibrant tastes available. Attaining a perfect roast is a learned skill which relies as much on science as it does on experience.

Sourcing green beans is at the heart of what we do at Lofi. It is meticulous and essential work. Processing methods, varieties, growing altitudes, climate, soil and farm conditions are a few of the many factors that shape and determine a coffee’s overall quality.
Roasting is the transformation of green coffee from a raw product into something that will be consumed. We view roasting as one piece of the larger collaboration between our farmers, sourcing partners, and finally baristas and home brewers. Our objective as a coffee roasting company is to recognize the intentions of the people who have contributed to producing our coffees and express these intentions through our work.
